Mediate a Divorce Agreement
This is where the complex portion of a divorce comes in. A Fair Way Mediation will work with both individuals to discuss the disputes at end that is causing the finalization of the divorce from being completed. This could include anything from child support, child custody, property division, asset division or even pet custody in some cases! The goal at this point in the process is for both parties to come to a mutually beneficial agreement that will allow each of you to move on with your lives.
Complete Divorce Disclosures
For every legal separation and divorce, couples must exchange and complete financial disclosures. We will guide you through the disclosures os they are exchanged and completed correctly.
Divorce Judgement
If everything has worked out smoothly and you both have come to an agreemnet, the final agreement known as the MSA will be completed. We will then submit this to the court to become your divorce judgement.
We will put your agreements together in a final agreement, known as an MSA. We submit this to court to become your divorce judgment.
Why Mediate My Divorce
Over the years, divorce mediation has been proven to be the most qualified and effective approach for a divorce. You both will remain in control of the case and can make decisions that will be best for you and your family. A judge will not determine the outcome of your divorce. Outside of a peaceful divorce, with mediation you will only spend a fraction of the price that you would with a litigated divorce, often in the many thousands in savings.
We truly believe any couple can successfully finish their divorce through mediation. Even with children involved. In fact, statistics show that children do much better when the parents go through mediation.
